I really think there’s something to be said for treating others the way you want to be treated. You may not get the instant gratification you want, but in the long run, the quality of a person you’ll be will out-weigh the negative people you’ve encounter along the journey.
I just really like nice people. We should all just collectively decide to be a little more nice, even when its hard.
lol. people are so dumb.
When people are so obviously trying to manipulate you to get what they want…. I’m on to you. Stop.
Why have I been coming across so many people lately who are wearing broken watches? It’s one thing if its sentimental, for instance my mum has this watch that was her grandma’s and it keeps horrible time but who cares because it means something to her. But these people trying to be all hipster with their watches and I’m like “hey what time is it?” “oh I don’t know let me check my phone my watch doesn’t work…” no. You know what time it is? Time to take off your dumb, just for show, hipster watch you fool. I don’t wear my watch every darn day but I can assure you that when I do, it works.
I always get so frustrated when people make excuses and blame their current actions for things that have happened in the past. The reality is, no human being can walk through life unshaken. We all face hard times, we all experience unbearable pain. It’s inevitable. So don’t ever discredit the pain of others by believing your life has been harder than those around you. Don’t make excuses, don’t play the victim and do not ever use your own difficult times as an excuse for causing pain to others. Just move on and try to be a good addition to the world and to the lives of the people around you. Everyone’s going through something and I genuinely believe that if people kept that in mind the world would be a much happier place.
